About Digital Picture Frame FAQs
1.Can you use this ONext digital picture frame without WiFi?
The ONext digital photo frame needs to be connected to WiFi (2.4GHZ) to receive new photos. But it can play slideshow to display photos that have already in the digital picture frame even no network connection.What’s more, you can also use a SD card to transfer photos.
2.Can i use a SD card to display the photos?
The photos cannot be displayed directly from a SD card. You have to transfer the photos into the digital photo frame.Besides, please make sure that your SD card is using FAT32 or NTFS file system. If not, please reformat the card to one of these file systems.
3.Do pictures come through in sleep mode?
Yes, ONext 8″ digital picture frame can receive photos in sleep mode as long as the WiFi is connected.
Note:The default time period of the sleep mode is 23:00PM-07:00AM. The screen will go black automatically when it gets into the sleep mode. You can adjust the start/end time as desired.
4.Does it have to be the same network to upload pics or videos?
The ONext 8″ digital photo frame doesn’t have be the same network with your smartphone to receive photos or videos. As long as the photo frame has paired with your smartphone via our Frameo App, you can send photos to the frame from anywhere. No range limits.
